I thought it would be fun to start sharing some of my favorite blogs with you. They are the ones that I read on a regular basis, ones that I feel really stand out in a crowd. The first one I want to share is For the Love of a House. It is a wonderful look into the ongoing journey of a couple who are redoing an old New Hampshire farmhouse. Joan has a beautiful sense of style and shares a great look behind the scenes. So, if you love old houses, remodeling  projects and beautiful decor stop by for a quick peek and you’ll be hooked. I was the instant I saw the photos of the bathroom and kitchen!

It seems everywhere you look these days everything is either citrus colored or candy colored. I love all the bright pops of color in everything from nail polish to home decor. Here are some adorable measuring cups that we carry in our shop.

A pretty kitchen: great lighting, a pop of color on the kitchen stools and pretty white cabinets.

Bamboo shades, neutrals and a white chandelier make a restful area for reading. The ottoman adds a stylish touch.

This dining room is so beautiful with it’s large chandelier and wall sconces. The fabric covered chairs make the room seem cozy and inviting.

This bathroom has a wonderful dressing table area and beautiful wood floors.
